Outlook and Outlook Express

The Outlook toolbar allows you to synchronize your existing Plaxo Address Book to your Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express Address Book. Wherever you install a Plaxo toolbar your address book will be consistent and stay updated automatically. You can also access your Plaxo Address Book on the web through Plaxo Online.

Works with Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, and Vista.

Works with Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, Outlook Express 6.0, and Windows Mail.

NOTE: The Plaxo Toolbar for Outlook only supports synchronizing address books up to 10,000 contacts.

Installation instructions

1. Download the Plaxo Toolbar for Outlook installation file

Click here to download the Plaxo Toolbar for Outlook. Save the file to a location you can easily remember, you will need to find the file in step 2.

2. Run the installation file

Double click on the file you download in step 1. This will start the installation process.

3. Start Outlook

Now accept the license agreement and follow the directions to start Outlook. You should now see the Plaxo Toolbar for Outlook running and wizard to finish the setup. To start syncing your contacts between your Plaxo address Book and your Outlook Address Book, simply follow the instructions in the wizard.
